3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 4. How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at info@gigglegecko.com and provide your order details. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at info@gigglegecko.com with your order details and a description of the problem.
6. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
